Back in September I met up with Heather, a long time client and one of my favorite people to get some photos of her absolutely stunning Shetland Sheepdog, Remy.
Remy lives on the Washington coast, and Heather wanted to create some photos for a very special ad. Her #1 request was to insure it was obvious in the photos that this was a west coast dog, so thats what we did.
We met at Beards Hollow, which is the very bottom of Long Beach (which is the longest beach in the world and runs up the coast of Washington state). Fog can be an issue here, and like most of Washington it is prone to dark grey skies, but we were blessed with a beautiful evening.
I cannot express how incredible of a model Remy was. This dog was rock solid in every way that matters and was an absolute pleasure to photograph. As far as the prompt, you’ll have to look through some of the images above and tell me if you think we accomplished that.
